According to MLS home sale standing, Sandy showed off same number of home sale during February and January 2010. These months have nearly the same numbers of home sold in the market this year. As noted, there was 3 more home increased that were sold last month compared to January home sales.

As Sandy Utah Homes displayed some slow selling of homes, there were only 57 homes sold out in the market last month while there were 54 homes released and sold out during January of the same year. A year over year change in the number of sold homes last month went down to 18.18 percent.

The median sold price drifted down to $231,875 from January’s median price of $251,000 and having an original list price of $248,400 dropped from previous month’s $279,000 original list price.

Houses for Sale in Utah is expected to be flooding in the market in the coming months as there will be a massive construction of new homes this year.
