In this changing economic time, everything changes for just a matter of time. Yes, every single centavo counts as what businessmen say. How updated are you when it comes to foreclosures in the market?
Foreclosure takes place when the property of a homeowner is being seized by the holder of a mortgage in which he/she has not made interest and/or principal payments on time as stipulated in the mortgage contract.
Recently, statistics reveals that foreclosure properties decreased 10 percent in January compared to a month ago. According to Realty Trac’s report, its year over year change drifted up fifteen percent this year.
Those states which on the lists were Nevada , Arizona, California, Florida, Utah, Idaho, Michigan, Illinois, Oregon, and Georgia having statistical changes on the rate of foreclosures in the market.
Actually, around 60 percent of the national total of foreclosure rates was accounted to six states namely California, Florida, Arizona, Illinois and Michigan and some other states in US.
According to RealtyTrac’s CEO James Saccacio who predicted that there will be an increasing foreclosure rates in the coming months in the market and added on his statments that, “January foreclosure numbers are exhibiting a pattern very similar to a year ago: a double-digit percentage jump in December foreclosure activity followed by a 10 percent drop in January, then a surge in foreclosures over the next few months.”
This year, it is expected that foreclosure properties will be as smooth as the demand for home selling and buying will be higher and supply will also raise its numbers in the market.
Also Salt Lake Utah Homes is expecting an uprising of foreclosure properties in the coming months and Realtors will figure it out as soon as monthly home inventory starts and preparing to meet the spring times where home buying and selling is in demand.
